The Opportunity
The appointee will provide essential support in the campus core business in assisting the Campus Director with Admission, Setting Appointments, Registration with Students & Clients and Human Resources matters. He/She will be the first point of contact and will be responsible in directing queries to relevant officers and assisting wherever possible.

The Person We Seek
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Administration with 1-2 years’ experience; or
- Foundation Level qualification with 3-4 years’ experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; and with
- Demonstrated problem solving skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Good communication skills in both English and Marshallese language.
- Able to work under minimum supervision within broad guidelines;
- Able to handle basic financial and human resources matters;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Computer literate and competency in MS Office applications.

Preference will be given to applicants with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related;
- Results-focused;
- A team player;
- Committed to the organization;
- Ethics - a person of integrity;

Remuneration
The position is available for a term of three years and may be renewed by mutual agreement.

Salary Range: Level 9 – US $13,045 to US $17,025 per annum
